INFORMATION FOR RETAILERS

The Nash Company sells at retail and wholesale; this web-site represents our retail side, and we hope businesses, both profit and not-for-profit - general gift shops, concert hall and opera house shops, music stores, among others - will be interested in purchasing from us on a wholesale basis.

We have prepared a packet of information for retailers, and we can send it to you by email or fax, or you can download the materials from this page. The information includes a credit application, a Frequently Asked Questions document about us, information about custom imprinting of shirts and batons, and an order form.

Please note that our wholesale pricing structure is similar to others supplying retailers, and that specific information about wholesale prices will be sent to you separately in the form that you prefer. Put differently, you can't download the price sheets.

You can download all of the other material now, and here's how you do it: Each file comes in two forms, with a .doc suffix or a .pdf suffix.

Files with a .doc suffix can be opened by most word processing programs. Files with a .pdf file can be opened by Adobe Reader, a free program or with the most recent Macintosh operating systems, generally OS X and beyond. In order to open an account, your business must meet the following requirements:

ELIGIBILITY
You must be a business; we do not sell at wholesale to individuals. Our customers range from catalogues, gift shops, music stores, concert hall and opera house shops, internet sites, theatre shops, orchestras, opera companies, youth symphony organizations, college and university book stores, among others.

SALES TAX CERTIFICATE IN OUR FILES
Additionally we need to have on file a photocopy of your state sales tax id statement (or if you are located outside the USA a VAT or similar tax document) and a completed credit application for net 30 day terms. If you are located in Minnesota, we cannot do business with you until you have completed and returned a tax-exempt state tax certificate.

CREDIT APPLICATION ON FILE
Lastly, we need a signed credit application to be in our files. After review which takes about a week, we'll let you know when it is approved. During the waiting period, if you have completed the other requirements, we're happy to fill orders paid for by credit card.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Once you are approved, you may place an order by email, or by filling out our order form and faxing or mailing to us, or you may use your own accounting program to generate a purchase order and send it to us by email, snail mail, or fax. We can handle .doc, .pdf, and .xls suffixed files, among others.
